The Investment Objective is to generate stable long term returns with low risk strategy and capital appreciation/accretion through investment in debt instruments and related securities besides preservation of capital. The fund follows a strategic approach of Investment in Debt & Money Market instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 4 - 7 years.

Medium to Long Duration debt funds invest mainly in bonds maturing in four to seven years. They aim to earn better returns than bank fixed deposits of a similar duration.
