This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “Investor”, “User”) and Allvest (hereinafter referred to as “Allvest”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with Corporate Identification Number U66120MH2025PTC440678 and registered office at SF-B-02, Art Guild House, Phoenix Market City, LBS Marg, Kurla (West), Mumbai – 400070.

Allvest does not offer investment advice, portfolio management, legal guidance, or tax consultancy. All investment decisions are made solely at your discretion and risk
Client Responsibility
You agree that:
You have conducted independent evaluation and due diligence
Allvest bears no fiduciary, legal, or financial liability for losses, damages, delays, or unrealized returns
Transactions must be conducted only through SEBI-authorized and legally compliant platforms
You are responsible for tax disclosures, liabilities, and compliance
Digital Content and Intellectual Property
All content, information, tools, trademarks, and visuals provided on the Allvest platform are proprietary to Allvest or its licensors. You agree that:

You not reproduce, republish, scrape, or distribute platform content without prior written approval
Breach of this clause may result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities
Platform Access and Limitations
Allvest will not be liable for:

Jurisdiction & Governing Law
All interactions with the Allvest platform shall be governed by the laws of India Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Foreign nationals and NRIs must verify their eligibility under local laws prior to accessing or investing via Allvest. We assume no responsibility for their compliance.
Amendments
Allvest reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform and will become effective upon publication. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
