Ashish Naik is a PGDBM in Finance and Marketing from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM). Mr. Naik also holds a degree in Bachelor in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Mr. Naik joined Axis Mutual Fund in 2009 as a Research Analyst and was elevated to the post of a Fund Manager in June 2016. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs as a Sell-side Equity Research Analyst and performed various duties like creating financial models for Korean and Malaysian banks.

Mr. Hitesh Das has done PGDM, M.Tech, and B.Tech. Before joining Axis Mutual Fund, he worked with Credit Suisse Securities (India) Pvt. Ltd., Barclays Securities India Pvt. Ltd., Yes Bank, Ebusinessware (India) Pvt. Ltd.
