Investment Objective and Approach

The Scheme seeks to generate long-term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in equity and equity-related instruments of companies following innovation theme. Bandhan Innovation Fund is mandated to invest 80% of its corpus in equities and equity-related securities of companies following the innovation theme. The remaining 20% may be invested in other equities, debt, or money market instruments.

The fund may invest in leading innovators, rising innovators, and emerging innovators. The investment philosophy centers around identifying companies that drive transformational changes across various sectors. Bandhan Innovation Fund invests in various sectors such as fintech, auto, internet, pharmaceuticals, etc.

About the Fund House (AMC)

Bandhan AMC Limited (formerly IDFC Asset Management Company Limited), established in 2000, is one of India's Top 10 fund houses in terms of Asset Under Management. It has an experienced investment team with an on-the-ground presence in over 60 cities.
