The fund is managed by experienced investment professionals at Helios Mutual Fund. Alok Bahl is the Chief Investment Officer at Helios Capital Asset Management (India) Pvt. He has over 32 years of work experience in the areas of investment. For the 18 years that Alok has been with Helios, he has been the second senior most resource in the investment team at Helios Singapore, where he had an important role in assisting the portfolio manager.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Commerce from Punjab University, Chandigarh, a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from K.C. College of Management and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has been a part of Helios Group since its inception in 2005 and was one of the first employees in Helios' Singapore office. Prior to joining Helios, Alok worked in India with various broking firms in sales roles for over 14 years.

Our other co-founders are Dave Williams, former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Capital Management, New York over 1977 to 1999, and Karan Trehan, who served as President & CEO of Alliance Capital International from 1990 to 2000.
The three co-founders are pioneers in the Indian asset management industry, having jointly set up one of India's first private sector AMCs in 1994, Alliance Capital Asset Management India Pvt. This extensive experience in the Indian financial markets brings significant expertise to the fund management process.
Helios Singapore holds a Capital Markets Services License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore and is registered as a Foreign Portfolio Investor with the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Helios Singapore is the Sponsor of the Helios Mutual Fund.
