The Company was then converted into a Private Limited Company with the name Kabra Malpani Jewels Private Limited vide Certificate dated July 21, 2010, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The name was further changed to Kabra Jewels Private Limited dated June 28, 2012, vide Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC Gujarat. The Company's status changed to Public Limited Company, and the name became Kabra Jewels Limited dated August 05, 2024.
The company operates through a comprehensive retail network in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It runs 6 showrooms under the brands:

Additionally, it has 3 offices and 1 exhibition center. The company markets its creations under the brand name KK Jewels and sells loose solitaire under the brand name Only Solitaires.
