For over three decades, OMAX Autos, with its robust engineering process capabilities, has made a significant presence in the automotive industry and today is among the top ten component manufacturers in India. Business Segments and Products

OAL is a manufacturer of Auto & Non-Auto components, viz., sheet metal components, tubular components, and machined components. The Company specializes in these areas and is engaged in business operations in the automotive and railway segments, having four plants across North India.

Commercial Vehicles

The company's commercial vehicle products include fender support bracket, chassis assembly, cross members, bumper, cross car beam sub-assembly, holding bracket for number plate and side rails. It provides chassis frame assemblies for Tata Motors in Lucknow and specializes in making the integrated chassis/frame for Tata Motor's heavy range of trucks.

Railways and Heavy Fabrication

The company's railways and heavy fabrication products include side wall, underframe and bogie frame, roof, dampers-vertical and horizontal, stainless-steel benches, bio-toilets, electric loco shell, diesel locomotive, and bogie frame.

Passenger Cars

The passenger cars products include steering shafts, axle shaft, hood hinge, piston rod, and air cleaner mounting bracket.

Manufacturing Infrastructure

Starting with its first plant in Dharuhera, Haryana, today, the company has nine fully-functional manufacturing plants across India. The company has robust engineering process capabilities and boasts a comprehensive range of modern machines and production facilities designed to give optimum output as per customer specifications.

Omax also has an in-house Commercial Tool Room & SPM, which started as a captive facility to support the in-house requirement of press tools, jigs, fixtures & special purpose machines, etc. This business has now grown into a state-of-the-art tool & advanced SPM manufacturing facility catering to a wide range of Auto & other industries.

Key Client Relationships

Omax caters to Tata Motors Limited for its CV segment and is an approved supplier for the Indian Railways. With two plants in Haryana and one plant in Gurgaon, Hero MotoCorp is a major client, contributing 75% of its total turnover. Omax Autos' other clients include Maruti, TVS, and Suzuki, among others.
