The company acquired the business of M/s Priti International (Proprietorship Concern of its Promoter Priti Lohiya) via a Business Succession Agreement dated November 11, 2017, merging the proprietorship firm's business into the Public Limited Company.
The company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of antique and lifestyle home furniture, handicraft products, and related decor items. Priti International is a curator of vintage collectibles and reclaimed architectural items. Their operations also involve the upcycling and recycling of various raw, unusable metal, and wooden articles.
The diverse product portfolio includes solid wooden and metal furniture, home furnishing items, creative wooden and metal articles, textile-based products (cushions, pillow covers, rugs, carpets), handbags, travel bags, backpacks, and pet products.
