Key financial metrics for the nine months ending December 2024 include:

- EBITDA of Rs. 6,366 crores, up by 18% YoY

- Operational Capacity: Expanded by an impressive 37% YoY to 11,609 MW, with greenfield additions, including 2,113 MW of solar capacity and 312 MW wind capacity

- Strong revenue, EBITDA and Cash profit growth is primarily backed by robust greenfield capacity addition of 3.1 GW and consistent plant performance

Operational Capacity and Recent Developments

Adani Green operationalizes 1,011.5 MW renewable projects, total capacity now 15,539.9 MW. With commissioning of these plants, AGEL's total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 15,539.9 MW. This represents a significant milestone in the company's growth trajectory.

The company has made substantial progress in its flagship Khavda project in Gujarat. We are steadily developing the world's largest RE plant in Khavda, Gujarat as well as large-scale plants in Rajasthan and other sites, supported by well aligned transmission planning. These initiatives will enable significant capacity deployment in the last quarter of the current financial year and put us on a firm track to achieve 30 GW RE capacity in Khavda by 2029 setting a global benchmark for the speed of execution at such a large scale.

Growth Strategy and Future Targets

Our vision is to have a portfolio of 50 GW of RE capacity by 2030. We remain steadfast in our commitment to deliver affordable clean energy at an unprecedented scale and velocity and have set a higher target of 50GW by 2030, which will contribute towards India's non-fossil fuel capacity target of 500GW.

The company is also diversifying into energy storage solutions. Aligned with the country's need for accelerated integration of renewables into the grid, we are now focused on delivering energy storage in addition to solar, wind and hybrid projects. Our goal is to commission at least 5GW of hydro pumped storage projects by 2030.

Technology and Innovation

BESS can be deployed relatively quickly and will be crucial in grid integration, supporting rapid renewable growth and complementing our existing solar, wind and hydro pumped storage projects. The company is actively incorporating Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into its portfolio to enhance grid stability and support renewable energy integration.

Apart from having long term relationships with global solar module suppliers and a well-integrated supply chain within Adani portfolio, we have expanded our collaboration with more suppliers for ALMM compliant solar modules to boost solar capacity addition.

As of FY25, the promoter group owned about a 61% stake in the company. The company is led by experienced management including CEO Amit Singh and Executive Director Sagar Adani, who have been instrumental in driving the company's growth strategy.
