Andhra Paper Limited is one of the largest integrated paper and pulp manufacturers in India. Established in 1964, the company produces writing, printing, and copier papers for foreign and domestic markets. Headquartered in Kolkata, India, it was incorporated on June 29, 1964, as one of the first Joint-Sector Companies in India.

The company has a rich history reflecting the evolution of India's industrial landscape. Andhra Paper Ltd (formerly known as International Paper APPM Ltd) is currently an L N Bangur Group Company. It was originally set up by a private entrepreneur, changed hands twice in the pre-independence period due to losses, and was later taken over by the Indian Government in 1953. Pursuant to an agreement between the Government of Andhra Pradesh and G D Somani, an Industrialist, the Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills, as it is known today, came into existence. In October 2019, the controlling stake in the Company was acquired from IP by West Coast Paper Mills Ltd. (WCPM).

Andhra Paper Ltd's manufacturing facilities comprise two mills at Rajahmundry and Kadiyam, both located in the East Godavari District, and a conversion center at SN Palem in Krishna District, all within Andhra Pradesh. The company owns two manufacturing facilities with a cumulative production capacity of 1,74,500 TPA and operates eight paper machines. It manufactures paper of M.F and M.G quality in the range of 21 to 250 GSM.
