The Company manufactures PVC-O Pipes in two pressure classes: PN12.5 (12.5 kilogram/square centimeter) and PN16 (16 kg/cm²). Its PVC-O fittings include 11.25-degree PN16 bar Bend, 22.5-degree PN16 bar Bend, 45-degree PN16 bar Bend, PN16 bar Reducer, PN16 bar Coupler, and PN16 bar Repair Coupler. In November 2019, the Company received BIS approval for PVCO Pipes. The second production line at the PVCO Plant was commissioned in March 2021.
In 1985, Chemfab Alkalis was the first to install Monopolar Electrolysers from Chlorine Engineers Corporation, Japan (CEC). The Company repeated this technological leadership by introducing, for the first time in India, new BiTACr Electrolysers from CEC, Japan. This commitment to advanced technology has enabled the company to maintain a competitive advantage in the chloralkali production space.
The company has made significant investments in modern infrastructure and environmental compliance. In 2013, the Company completely replaced its existing underground fire hydrant system with a new, fully automatic system featuring above-ground pipes.

In March 2021, the Company commissioned a state-of-the-art RO Plant that uses Treated Sewage Water as feed. This RO Plant has a capacity to produce 1 MLD (Million Liters per Day) of process water from either Treated Sewage Water or Seawater, demonstrating a strong commitment to natural resource preservation and facilitating the scaling of operations to 200 TPD.
Furthermore, business plans are firmed up for a greenfield project expansion at the Karaikal location through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chemfab Alkalis Karaikal Limited.
