In 2005, the company launched its flagship brand, DOMS, which originally stood for "Dynamic Organization Manufacturing Stationery".

The company is the 2nd largest player in India's branded stationery and art products market. It held 29% and 30% market share for its core products in FY23 for pencils and mathematical instrument boxes, respectively. The domestic distribution network for general trade comprises over 100 super-stockists and 3,750 distributors along with a dedicated sales team of over 450 personnel covering more than 115,000 retail touch points over 3,500 cities and towns. The Company's market dominance is largely attributed to its massive network of 4000 distributors, with over 1.2 lakh retail touchpoints.

Geographically, the company caters to both domestic and international markets, operating in more than 45 countries throughout the world. The majority of its revenue is derived from the Indian (domestic) market.

- DOMS acquired 51% stake in Super Treads for ₹6.12 Crore, making it a subsidiary from June 1, 2025.

- DOMS Industries announced that the acquisition of an additional 13% stake in Pioneer Stationery, a subsidiary of the company, will be completed on or before July 31, 2025.

- The company announced a final dividend of ₹3.15 per share as of May 19, 2025.
