The company was formerly incorporated on February 16, 1993, as Globus Agronics Ltd, and its name was changed to Globus Spirits Ltd with effect from January 23, 2007. The Company is one of the leading players in the Alcohol industry in North India.

It has a unique 360⁰ model straddling across the entire alcohol value chain. It was the first to set up a grain distillery and launch branded DDGS in India.
