The company conducts its business through Gokul Agri International Limited, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary, and has its production facility at Sidhpur, Gujarat.

Business Operations and Products

The company operates in the oils and solvent extraction industry with substantial manufacturing capacity. At present, the company has 680 TPD of seed processing, 600 TPD of Solvent Extraction, 1200 TPD of refining and 200 TPD of Vanaspati manufacturing capacities. The company set up a Soyabean processing plant with an installed capacity of 1500 tons per day (TPD), which became operational during the year 2007-08.

The Sidhpur plant processes various types of oils including Kachi Ghani oil, Mustard oil, Groundnut oil, Refined Cottonseed oil, Soyaben Refined oil, Palmolein and Castor oil. The company provides various oils, including kachi ghani, mustard, groundnut, refined cottonseed, soyaben refined, palmolein and castor, and sunflower oils, as well as de-oiled cake/oil cake. It also offers organic manures/fertilizers and trades in agro commodities, such as spices.

The company provides its products under various brands including Gokul Physiotherapy, Time for Organics, Gokul Nutrients, Gokul Overseas, Gokul Agri International, Gokul Ayurved, and Gokul Lifespaces.
