Key Business Segments

IT Parks Division

The company's flagship Nesco IT Park offers premium office spaces licensed to multinational companies like HSBC, KPMG, PWC, MSCI, BlackRock, Here Solution, Framestore, etc. Its towers 3 and 4 span 62,315 sq. mt and 1,04,515 sq. mt, respectively, with 24 floors and 83 leasable units. It has an occupancy rate of over 98%. IT Parks Division contributed 41% of total revenue in FY24. The segment revenue grew by 49% between FY20 and FY24.

Bombay Exhibition Centre

The BEC segment is engaged in licensing premises for exhibitions and providing services to the organizers. BEC provides space for exhibitions; meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE); trade shows; events, and entertainment. This segment serves as India's largest private sector exhibition and convention center.

Nesco Foods

The Nesco Foods segment caters to banquets, exhibitions, F&Bs and offices situated in the Nesco premises. The company operates non-flight kitchens, restaurants, food courts, and lounge bars, as well as provides hospitality and catering services.

Indabrator Division

The Indabrator segment is a manufacturer of surface preparation equipment with integrated manufacturing facilities for equipment, spares and abrasives in Gujarat. The company manufactures and sells shot blasting machines, paint booths, abrasives, and spare parts of shot blasting machines.

Financial Performance

On a full-year basis, the company's consolidated net profit grew by 3.42% to ₹375.21 Crore on 7.93% increase in revenue from operations to ₹732.01 Crore in FY25 over FY24. TTM profit after tax of Nesco Ltd was ₹375 Crore.

For Q4 FY25, revenue from operations rose 1.60% YoY to ₹192.01 Crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2025. On the segmental front, during the quarter, revenue from Realty jumped 15.98% YoY to ₹95.03 Crore; revenue from the Bombay Exhibition Center dropped 25.50% YoY to ₹46.76 Crore; revenue from Indabrator fell 20.65% YoY to ₹12.10 Crore and revenue from Foods surged 31.35% YoY to ₹38.12 Crore.
