Rashi Peripherals Limited was incorporated as "Rashi Peripherals Private Limited" at Mumbai on March 15, 1989, and later converted to a Public Limited Company on August 4, 2022. The company was founded by Mr. Suresh Kumar Pansari and Mr. Krishna Kumar Choudhary in 1989. With over 34 years of experience in ICT product distribution, the company initially commenced operations with manufacturing of peripherals but transitioned to distribution of global technology brands following the liberalization of the Indian IT sector in 1991.

Rashi Peripherals is an India-based value-added national distribution partner for global technology brands for information and communications technology (ICT) products. The company operates in the Information and Communication Technology Product (ICT) Distribution Business as well as after-sale services of Information Technology Products. The company has been instrumental in facilitating the entry of numerous global technology brands and was among the selected players that led the formalization of the fragmented and unorganized ICT products distribution in India.

Business Structure and Operations

The company primarily operates under two verticals: Personal Computing, Enterprise and Cloud Solutions (PES) and Lifestyle and IT Essentials (LIT). Under the PES vertical, it distributes personal computing devices, enterprise solutions, embedded designs/products and cloud computing. The company distributes a range of ICT products including personal computing, mobility, enterprise, embedded solutions, components, lifestyle, storage and memory devices, UPS and accessories, along with cloud computing solutions.

As of September 30, 2022, the company had branches in 50 cities that operate as sales centers, service centers and warehouses. The company has an operating branch in Singapore and works with two subsidiaries: Znet Technologies Private Limited in India and Rashi Peripherals Pte Ltd. in Singapore.

In Q4 FY25, Rashi Peripherals achieved a net profit of Rs. 527 million, marking a 12.1% year-over-year increase, while revenue stood at Rs. 29,732 million. For the quarterly breakdown, the full year FY25 saw net profit rise 47.33% to Rs 208.06 crore compared to Rs 141.22 crore in the previous year, while sales rose 24.14% to Rs 13772.73 crore against Rs 11094.70 crore in FY24.

In FY 2024-25, the company expanded its footprint with the opening of its 52nd branch in Srinagar and implemented a CRM system with over 450 users, driving exceptional growth that exceeds industry averages by more than double. The company also launched the Embedded Application Lab in Bengaluru office, effective on May 15, 2024.
