The company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company named "Shera Energy Private Limited" on December 08, 2009, in Rajasthan. Subsequently, it converted into a Public Company on May 11, 2022, with the name changing to "Shera Energy Limited" on June 02, 2022. In February 2023, the Company made an Initial Public Offer of 61,76,000 Equity Shares, raising funds aggregating to Rs 35.20 Crore, comprising a fresh issue of 10,48,000 Equity Shares amounting to Rs 5.97 Crore and 51,28,000 Equity Shares amounting to Rs 29.23 Crore through Offer for Sale.

Business Operations & Products

Incorporated in 2003, Shera Energy Ltd manufactures non-ferrous metal products and its alloy products and winding wires. The business overview shows SEL manufactures winding wires and strips from non-ferrous metals, primarily copper, aluminum, and brass. Their products are primarily used in transformers, motors, and electrical panels. On June 11, 2025, Shera Energy acquired a Zambian copper plant, boosting raw material supply and expanding capacity to 5,000 MT. On June 10, 2025, Shera Zambia leased a copper plant, boosting production to 5,000 MT and reducing raw material costs. The Company's subsidiaries, including Rajputana Industries Private Limited, Shera Metal Private Limited, and Shera Zambia Limited, are engaged in the manufacturing of non-ferrous metal products.
