Sales rose 8.95% to Rs 10545.09 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 9679.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. For the full year, net profit declined 6.16% to Rs 639.16 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 681.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.

The company's board has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.70 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend will be paid to shareholders holding equity shares as of the record date, 27 June 2025.
